Homeschool is an art and decoration shop that was established in 2008 by Jess Hirsch and Jacqueline Mention.   Currently Homeschool is run and currated by Kristen Flemington in Portland Oregon .   Our mission is simple: we strive to make original artwork accessible and affordable to all. We find quality work from emerging artists and display it to the public for a realistic price. It is vital to us that young art and design enthusiasts are able to build up their collections without compromising their credit. It is for this reason that all pieces sold at Homeschool retail between five and one-hundred fifty dollars. In addition to selling original work at a reasonable price we aim to build community through quarterly gatherings and to foster a stimulating environment where passionate people can converge and socialize around art.
